In 2024, he officially earned the title of the most masculine and good-looking man in Germany — and no, that’s not a joke. Local outlets have described his face as so perfectly symmetrical it looks hand-drawn. He reportedly drops nearly €1,000 a month just on nail care alone, wears exclusively designer brands, and is told constantly just how striking he looks.

But his story didn’t start anywhere near this glamorous.

Harald Glööckler grew up in Germany, and his early years were anything but a fairy tale. Behind today’s glitz lies real tragedy — when he was only 14, his mother died after reportedly falling down a staircase. Officially, that’s the story. Privately, Harald has said he believes his father was actually responsible.

Fashion and art captured his attention early in life. By 1987, he had opened his first clothing shop together with a business partner, and from there began crafting wildly extravagant pieces — gold detailing, rhinestones, crowns, sequins. No subtlety, all spectacle.

He went on to launch his own label, POMPÖÖS, built entirely around one guiding belief: every woman deserves to feel like royalty. His designs eventually made their way onto televised shopping networks and runway shows, and Harald himself became a recognizable TV personality in his own right.

Over time, his physical appearance began shifting dramatically through cosmetic procedures. He’s been open about the botox, facelifts, and implants that helped shape his current look — often compared to a porcelain doll, a comparison he embraces rather than rejects. His nose, lips, and cheekbones have all been altered, alongside multiple facelifts and added hair and lash extensions.
